Music Video Animtic

Above is our animatic that we made from our story board. Here we put together photos of each shot we intend to use. We also can see how long the video might be from this exercise. They are very basic so we know the very basis of what we have to do along the way.

Current Filming Status

After going out filming our last trip, we have started looking at our digipak. We looked at using some scenes in London and seeing if they would work but we had no luck with those. We then looked at some basic group /'band' images that would look good (awaiting photos as they are not yet uploaded) and the seemed to work better. As I spoke about using phototshop before we plan on giving the digipak a fun element with some seriousness to target the 16-25 age group. We want to  make sure we portray a fun image by possibly using some colour but also looking like a serious band who mean serious business by using our body language. We are contiuing out search for the right look and researching more into what kinds of covers other bands have that are similar

Blog 11 Case Study 2- Emil Nava

Emil Nava is a new up and coming director. He began his life as a runner for film production companies and soon worked for Blink Productions. He now freelances of OB Management. The very first gig that Emil got was creating the cover of Our House for Kid British.

The budget for this £20,000 in Manchester. He did'nt cast anyone in particular for this just the local people. Over the course of 3 days the video had been made and within 10 it was out to the public. The demonstrates the very tight timescales involved in the industry.

Since then he has continuted to create music videos at a fast pace as he is known for making 24 music videos in one year alone! When he first began shooting videos for independent labels the budgets were extrememly low, as low as £5,000 to the most being £160,000 (For Jessie J)

Here are some of the videos he created;

A Personal Favorite - Ed Sheeran' s 'Lego House' was one of the first ones he directed and was a huge hit. Using an actor that looked like the artist was a good way of adding the aritst without making him be in the limelight all the time. He was also famous for making the song that got Ed Sheeran known called 'You Need Me. In this Emil used lots of extreme close ups, as his advice to others is not to leave a whole/ large proportion of the video in mid shot as it doesn't give it any depth .

Another one of his videos that hit the charts was Jessie J's 'Price Tag'. He created this video around Jessie's particularly bubbly and enthusiastic personality and the unique style that she has. The whole video screams 'jessie' as it has a big teddy bear and her own clothes and style. The video doesn't look like she's forcing anything but simply acting like herself. The created a good image for jessie as a fun 'older sister' character which is desired in the current media. Emil's skills in this show how commited he is to working with the artist and creating something great.

Photoshop Test/ Thinking about the Digipak

Today i went onto Photoshop to pratice for making our digipak. We used some randomly generated sites that gave us something to go on and we imported this information into photoshop. From here we played around with the different tools in the toolbar and the colours. We also imported our own text type into photoshop from 'DaFont.com' Overall i have learnt a great deal from this lesson as i have never used photoshop and found it easy to understand. Now i can use these new skills to begin thinking about my digipak, which i have already started working on.

After using the effects on Photoshop i started to look at other ways i can edit a group photo. We took some random shots that we thought might work for our genre. A band that came to mind was 'Paramore' - a group which has the same fun element that are also in the alrternate/punk genre.

Both of the above are album covers from two different ears. The one above was from the more recent end of the bands time. It shows all the members of the band in a dramatic lighting with hints of colour which show some lightness in the picture. This kind of 'group image' is something that we are going for.

On the other side there is a graphic cover wich is from the album 'Riot' as it is all over the cover. This was from the earl years of Paramore. This is something that we haven't really thought about but also resembles the same genre. The font used also resembeles it as its very scribbily and teenage which would bring in the desired audience of the teens who arent sure who they are and may be searching for an identity.

I will use my knowledge from this to start ideas for my own digipak.

Planning Filming Trip 2

We are planning to go out into London to film out next set of shots to make it look less like a school video and more professional. I have planned a short artillery for us to roughly sort out our day so that we can all keep track of whats going on.

By 12 pm we shall leave school and make our way into London.
We will arrive at Dagenham East Station and take the District line to Tower Hill to start our filming.
As we arrive we shall observe the area and judging by how busy it is there we will decide on shots.
After we have finished at this location we will take the train to Charing Cross where we can walk towards hyde park and then back down the hill by Enbankment and cross the St James bridge to southbank. We may possibly stop at Winter Wonderland.

While we are there we will take into consideration whos near by and what time it gets dark (around 4pm) We are hoping to stick to this as much as we possibly can to get as much filming done in the daylight. Also take into consideration how cold it will be and what we need to wear in order to keep warm as we will be outside most of the time.

Audience Research

There are many different ways to research what audiences want in a music video.  We sat down and looking at some various different ways. We sat down and talked about what questions we could ask audiences of all different ages. Some of the questions we thought of are;
-What types of music do you listen to?
-How old are you?
-What gender are you?
-How do you listen to music videos?

We decided to put these into a Survey Monkey where people can answer the questions. We also added this to our own social networking sites.
Create your free online surveys with SurveyMonkey , the world's leading questionnaire tool.

Blog 3: Purpose of a music promo video with special reference to synergy

Although their are some bands and artists that are in the music industry purposely to make music and only that most other bands are only in the band or industry as a whole for one reason and one reason only.

The Art of the Music Video;
The music video has many different purposes to it as well as goals that it was made in order to achieve; all of which benefit the artists and their goal of making money, and keeping a high quility of music for their fans

It helps to promote the artist and their work, such as the album that the song appears on and the artists profile etc. It also persuades the audience to purchase whatever merchandise the artist may be selling along with the production of this music video. It raises the audience awareness of the artist and therefore their popularity also grows through this production. Product placement will take place somewhere in the video and therefore subliminally telling the audience to buy that
said product that was intentionally displayed within the video, thus also helping them to further make more money as an artist i the music industry.

Synergy:
There are many ways to promote a music video,an example of a different way to promote this music video without just the single music video campaign which is sen as the norm of how music videos are released is that of synergy. this is when both 2 different companies work together with the same motive, In the case of the music industry and music video production synergy would be used by a film and music video teaming up to produce and/o promote both the film and the music in the same music video. An example of this is Bryan Adam's - "Everything I Do". Unfortunately this video is not avaliable to put here as an example but this is used in all different types of films. Another example would be Shrek 1 where all star is really remembered for opening the film.

Media Theory- Narriative

There are different aspects of narrative but its main definition is considered to be the way that the story within a film or media product is organised. In this post I will be discussing all the Theories that have come over the years.

Elements of Narrative:

There are a few different elements of narrative which we must consider when we compare them to different media products, these are;

-Time - The time within narrative dictates how much time the text covers. An example of a film with a massive time lapse within the text is the film Space Odyssey, this film starts in prehistoric ages and then skips approximately 50, 000 years ahead.

-Closure - closure is reliable for every aspect of the film having a definite finish. An example of a film with bad closure in the sense that it does not have a definite ending is that of the blockbuster movie Clover field. The film ends when the camera that was the main prop in the film cuts out as we assume the main character is dead. This leaves us with a lot of questions about what is happening within the film.

-Enigma - An enigma is essentially a problem within a film that the characters and roles within the film would have to solve in order for a substantial amount of closure to be put into play. Without enigmas within film there would most of the time be no story leaving a very tedious and pointless text behind.

Classical Hollywood Narratives:

In contrast to that of narratives elements within media texts their are also categories of elements that fall under what we call Classical Hollywood Narratives, these are:

-Linear - This decides whether the story that the narrative follows is in chronological order or not, in order of when the events took place and of the dates that they took place in. An example of a film with no linear factor is that of the film PulpFiction. this film jumps about between time periods and gets very complex structure wise nearing the end of the film.

-Sub plots - This is when a character that is not majorly relevant to the films main plot line but they have their own storyline and /or plot line to follow anyway whilst the main story is still ongoing.

-Tendency towards closure - This explains when most hollywood films follow the idea of closure, everything has an ending and most endings finish with little to no questions remaining about the questionability of the main plot line.

Tzvetan Todarov:

This Bulgarian media analyser explains his views on how all narratives play out in popular hollywood films as well as zany of sort of text that this relates to. He expresses his ideas of Equilibrium, Disruption, Resolution and a New Equilibrium.

Equilibrium - An equilibrium is the beginning section of the film thats main priority is showing the normality of the film, the fact that nothing special is happening and nothing bad is going on is what this equilibrium dictates through media texts.

Disruption - The disruption within the film is the occurrence that throws off the stores previous equilibrium and replaces it with an event that shows chaos and confusion.

Enigma - An enigma id essential a problem that the main character or someone who is considered an important character in the film is presented with and must fix/resolve in order for the film to end and therefore reach its new equilibrium

Resolution - When the enigmas that were first presented previously in the film/clip have now been fixed and taken care of

New equilibrium - When all the problems that were first within the film have been resolved through the resolution and therefore the film has now arrived at a new equilibrium, this is different from the first equilibrium as there are no left over situations that have arised from the solved enigmas.

Applying Todorovs Theory to 'Scream':

We can apply Todorovs theory of equilibrium, disruption, enigma, resolution, and new equilibrium to that of the opening scene of the very popular horror film being "scream"

-The Equilibrium - The equilibrium would be the very start off the film where we see the careless teenager preparing for a film, having a careless slightly flirtatious chat with an unknown caller and making movie food for her version of a relaxing night in.

-The Disruption - The exact moment of disruption would be when the unknown caller (in this case the villain in this film) says"I want to know who i am talking to" this is the moment in which she realises that she is being watched by someone unknown and begins to get very scared and shook up. The music at this time also changes and makes the audience expect something strange to happen

-Enigmas - There are few questions that we are left asking on how she will resolve certain problems/enigmas that the film then presents are careless teenager with, these are: What is she going to do? how is she going to get rid of this man? How is she going to escape? is she going to die? etc.

Roland Barthes:

Barthes described all text as "Bundles" of meaning that can be unraveled to create a whole range of different meanings.
Texts can be split into two different categories in which we can understand them, these are:

Open - This means that there are numerous "Threads" to pull, this means that the film ends with no clear ending on what happens, leaving you asking different questions about which of the outcomes that are possible is the real one that the story concludes itself to.

Closed - This is when the film has a definite conclusion that everyone can see and it has a set ending by comparison and contrasting to that of an open text. Texts that can be read in a number of different ways are known as polysemic texts.

An example of a polysemic text is that of the widely controversial but also popular film "Scarface", this is because it can be read in a number of different ways of which are: 'the glorification of violence', a "rags to riches" like story, and lastly a film that dictates the theme of the 80s being, greed and consumption.

These "Threads" are known as narrative codes. with the most significant of the codes being, Enigma codes. These are used to attract and hold the audiences attention with the presentation of previous problems. This enigma code is normally presented in the disruption phrase of Todorovs theories.

Vladimir Propp:

Vladimir Propp is known for his analysis of 'old folk' stories that he later compared to modern day films to see the comparisons in which he can make, for example he concluded that all famous hollywood narrative films contain only 8 different kinds of characters that have any significant relevance to the films outcome. I applied these 8 kinds of character to Star Wars, a massive Hollywood blockbuster of which we can compare:

Hero - Luke Skywalker
Villain - Darth Vadar
Donor - Obi wan Kenobi
Helper - Chewbacca, R2D2, C3P0
Father Figure - obi wan Kenobi
Dispatcher - Princess leia
Princess - princess leia
False hero - Han solo?

Blog 9: Katy Perry - how her pop videos appeal to her target auudeince and her private life

Katy Perry's target audience is young girls/early teens. To appeal to this target audience she needs to adjust her image accordingly.  She gives the image of being 'the older sister' and acting like a guardian to the younger audience. She also connects with them by addressing things such as anxiety and sexuality as things that teenagers struggle with.

An early video Katy made was called 'I Kissed A Girl' which obviously is about sexuality after the media critised her about being bisexual. In this we see lots of 'Goodwins' characterists and we also see how much Laura Mulveys idea of the male gaze is used. The mise en scene also backs up these ideas as there are lots of playful scenes in beds with pillows and girls giggling. We see Goodwins 2nd characteristc of the lyrics realting the the narrative in the media. The sexy/sultry voice she uses shows the sex appeal that was happening to her at this time in her life. The last charateristic that we can see in this video is that of the very emphasized notation of looking at the cameras. The position of the camera (looking at her body) is done so to make the video more attractive and bring the attention onto those particular parts of the body. However, Katy still manages to remain herself/ her normal image as the older sister and guidance on teenage issues such as being uncomfortable with your sexulaity.

This music video, 'Californa Girls' was made shortly after katy had been engaged to Russel Brand. It is believed that his sexual influnce pays a big part in this video. Unlike the other of her videos which appear to be empowering for girls and 'big sistery' this one is completely on the other hand. There a lots of sexual inuendos in this song however the lyrics dont seem to be to rude. This video has a heavy dose of Laura Mulveys 'gaze' in it as typicaly the whole video she isnt wearing many clothes. Goodwins characterists  of meeting the record leabels demands are shown in this video where there are frequent close ups for the male audeinces attention. The other charastics from Goodwins all are present in this video.

Here we see Katy as a more serious character and we see her essencially apoligising for how she acted in her previous video which was 'Californa Girls'. There are also quite a lot of contextual references to her other songs like 'Firework' ; this is one of Goodwins characteristic. This song also refects her person life as she had just got divorsed and this song reprsents her getting over her the relationship. This encorages the young fans to be true to themelves and that you can move on from a relationship no matter how bad it is. There is also an obvious realtionship between the ltrics and the video. The lyrics would suggest her waking up and realising she is someone she doesnt want ot be and the video shows her in lots of powerful scenes breaking away from the norm.

This is the latest video by Katy and hows he comback into the charts. In this show hoped to portray her 'roots'. This again shows some empowerment and gives girls the ideas that they can be powerful and strong just like her. In the video she is the most 'dominant' character as she survives in the jungle own her own with no help from a male image/character. Here she shows a contrast of Goodwins notion of looking and shows she is not being disrespectful but saying 'im not wearing this because men want me to, im wearing it because i want to' which most women would say in this society. This reflects her now very powerful image as a woman.

Blog 10 - Jamie Thraves

Jamie Thraves is an up and coming director. He started his career at university making short films. He has an award winning cshort films called 'calling card' and 'foot in the door'. Jamie originaly started doing music videos as a way to get into the film industry but ended up directing some recent videos that proved popular such as 'Coldplay -The scientist' and even a couple Sam Smith videos.

Here is one of the first gigs that Jamie got. This song is very strange and though out shows the life of a man working in the city. The band are playing in what looks like an ordinary flat, possibly the home of the main character. In the middle we see him laying down in the middle of the street and he is spoken to by a number of passers by. The subtitles allow us to know what the people are saying but at then end when the man explains theres no subtitle and  we dont know why he was on the floor. This leaves us not knowing why, an unfinished storyline. Here he takes from Roland Barthes theory of the enigma codes. Here instead of closing the story he leaves it open.

This is another famous music videos that Jamie Directed. Here again we see a story line of the main man taking back time to save his girlfriend from a car crash. The whole video is filmed in reverse which gives is a cool effect. Here we see Jamie Thraves forming a signature theme of a story line thoughout his videos. The clever camera work in this gives the story a more modern edge than the previous video.

This is one of the most recent videos which shows the use of reverse again. This time it shows a 'broken record' effect to mimic the name of the song and what its about. The video also has a story about a girl who feels like shes in a broken record relationship. This budge for this video was slightly higher and it shows as the use of set is clever.

Jamies Tips
- Jamie himself gave tips to up and coming directors and this is what he said;
1. always listen to all teh lyrics of the song as this is something to go on when thinking of ideas in the video.
2. To feel the emotions of the song and connect with the aritst and how they are trying to portay the
song.

A very high angle shot of the performance seen that will be running in whole takes.

A whole take of the band playing whilst someone is constantly moving the camera about on a mobile dolly. Making for very cinematic like shots.

A shot of Alex (Lead singer) lying on the floor whilst singing a few lines of the song, single takes.

A shot from underneath one of the drum cymbals, this is very close up so that you can see everything that is going on during the performance scene and it works very well with the music.

A shot filmed with the camera shot from behind the drummer, this is so that the drummer is the main focus for a selection of the song.

A regular high angle shot that will be running the entire way through the take.

A shot of Alex holding the camera on a monopod and spinning around with it (Part of our montage of fun shot list)

A shot that resembles that of a GoPro shot, fits in with the alternative feel of the song very well.

A shot that is exactly the same as the previous shot but on the bass player instead of the guitar player.

An outside shot of everyone having fun with sparklers (part of fun montage)

A few shots of us just having fun in a skatepark with a few friends and a mix of the music videos narrative also.

Story Board - Music Video

This is the story board for our final video. We planned out our locations, and the shot types we want to use. This made filming on set a lot easier as we had already planned everything we did not need to think of shots while at the location. Beside there is also a small description of what exactly we want to do with the shot.

Location Sheet

Location Visit Sheet

Programme Title: Friends With Benefits
Writer: Alex and Alanta
Producer: Carl
Director: Freddie
Date: 12th November 2014

Rough Sketch/Explanation of location and key points to note
For our music video, we will be using the band room in Robert Clack School as the room is mostly white which we feel will look best in our video. Also, there are lots of instruments in that room, which we can use in the performance scenes in our video.

Access to location via:
Robert Clack School

Name and number of location contact:
Robert Clack School - 020 8270 4222

Health and Safety Issues to note:

When carrying the instruments, we must make sure that we don’t drop them or damage them. We also have to make sure that we don’t suffer any injuries when carrying them and taking care of them.
Potential Filming Problems:

As we will be filming inside school, during school times, one of our problems may be that we get interrupted by students or staff
As we plan to have a lot of extras in our video, one of our problems may be finding a time when everyone is available at the same time to be able to film our video.

Additional Notes:  (map of area/weather forecast etc.)

When deciding the day that we are going to film, it is important that we check that the band room is not being used on the particular day by anyone. If it is being used, it is likely that we won’t be able to use it.

Blog 8:Star Theory; Richard Dyer

Richard Dyer's theory is that artists such as Madonna and Britney Spears are created for artifical uses. These uses range from media consumptioon to erotic desire and product placement. Any means that will mark the artist and everyone directly involved more money. Dyer also stated that audiences much prefer 'true artists's. These are artists who dont have a fake profile that they show to the media or put on as part of their record label with their producers. When the artist is happy and themselves to their fans they are more likely to product better music and get better publicity. This is called being a 'real' artist, this is also a selling point and encorages people who dont like to follow the trends to buy the music or buy into the media.

Promotion -Inductury and Audiences
Dyer also believe that 'stars' are manafactured only to make big money for record labels. Managers can be very controling over the artists image and the types of audiences they attract. For example, One Direction attract the 10-16 year old age group where the same record label may have another artist/group in place to pick up any of that age group '1D' dont attract.

Propmotion -Ideology and Culture

The most popular artists are a big hit in the fashion industry. They quickly become trendsetters and will be most known for their style or imagne that will be mimicked by their fans in hope to be more like them. These cases can become dangerous as fans try to copy possible bad habits of the arists. The internet is a huge part of this as it is so easy to access a artists look. For example, Miley Cryus' new image is questioned by the media all over the world. The inapproprate outfits she wears can be mimincked by her younger views, some only the age of 10/11. She is also known for the 'miley buns' which is a less threatening trend.

Promotions - Stars supporting Hegemony
Many starts support the ideas about hegemony. They use their ideology as the presentation of 'a glorified version of normal people'. The pararazi are constatly seen trying to analyse every little aspect about their lives for us to see as the views/audience and to make more money. Cultural Hegmony describes how cultural instiutions can maintain power in such a capitilist society.

Artists representation in music videos

The music inductry, but more specificaly the record compaies create artist profiles after their own unique genre. For example, different genres such as Rnb, punk, rock, pop will all have their own signature 'thing' that will appear in their music videos. Rock/heavy metal bands more often than not have lots of hair. They use this as part of their performance on stage and in music videos. The record labels can have the final say in how an artist acts in their music videos.

An example of this 'aritst profile' in a music video is superstar, Britney Spears. In all of Britneys vidoes she is aiming for a certain target audence. She uses her dance and body language as a tool to  attract young teens. The catchy songs will (and did) become a huge trend and everyone soon knew the most popular songs. However, she also uses her sex appeal to appeal to a male audience which supports Laura Mulvey's ideas about the 'male gaze'.

Looking closer at Britney spears we start in her early years when Britney herself was only a teen during 'Baby one more time' where she is seen acting younger than she is and , in my opinion, acting like a child wanting to be a woman. Throughout her journey as a star we see her wanting to become a woman and what it measn to be a woman/young girl. The mise-en-scene in thi smusic video shows how young she is. They use something very innocent and make it into something of a sex appeal. This conforms greatly to Mulveys idea of the male gaze and that we are all seeing her though the male eye.

The next stage in her life is when she is slightly older. In her teens all the videos she made were created around being with friends, the colour pink, revealing clothes, lots of skin showing, and pigtails. This all surrounds the ideas of teen iconography. As she devloped as all girls do, so did her music. Her image from her teens seems to be something that is constantly on her mind in nearly all of the videos she makes in the future and they all have a connetion. A good example is another song called 'Im a Girl Not Yet a Woman' which talks about her becoming an adult and how she struggles with growing up. This realtes to the audience she is targeting which are teens, even though she is now an adult by refecting she is realting to them.

As she entered her late 20's she was getting lots of media attention as all superstars do. She did some very random things like shaving her head and being seen at strange bars, at which time she wanted to 'break free' from the life she had known, being controled by her managers. The song 'Overprotected' where she answers the media after they spoke about her being half naked, about how much clothing she was seen wearing and weather she was a real role model to her fans. In the song she shows her power and much like before, shows herself as a independent woman who empowers all other women.

We now see a change in her attitudes and this refects in her music videos from being a 'teen princess' to a powerful woman idol.

Title: Friends With Benefits
Synopsis:
The main theme for this video is going to be, a general good time with friends. The video is going to show us as friends having fun in our time together doing all these extravagant and exciting things as we run around look energetic and happy together. We will show performance scenes of us as the band playing the song that we will cut back to every few scenes for a few seconds at a time to make sure there is a good amount of performance scenes within the music video. As for the other scenes we will be using these to express us doing these many fun activities that we plan to take art in, with frequent cuts in-between them. As well as this there will also be a separate story running whilst these fun scenes are going on. This story is that the lead singer of the band wants more out of this relationship that she has with a boy in the video but he isn't interested, this will play out throughout the entirety of the video whilst the other performance, and fun energetic scenes are going onThis will be shown by every scene that the two of them are in she will be trying very hard to get his attention.
Key Genre Conventions:
The song is quite a fast rock/alternative/punk song with quite an up tempo chorus, this leaves a lot of room for us to play out our narrative idea of fun activities whilst still allowing us to have an energetic performance scene that is constantly cut back to. The song also has a build up at the beginning of the song which is very conventional of this type of fast paced alternative rock genre as well as the raspy female vocals throughout the song also being a convention of this.

Today we created a 'mood board' to show our ideas about our image. Out genre falls in a alternate/rock band and we foudn some images that are related to this genre. The band together in their photoshoots look down at a low shot showing they have power in their music. They also tend to wear bright clothing and have coloured hair, both male and female band members.

Song Lyrics

Here are the lyrics to our song.We had to listen and write these down as there was not a lyric sheet available.

Remember December - Friends With Benefits

So, This is how it goes
back and forth under the sheets with a crooked smile the other speaks
and i do my best to resist this
maybe im just like the rest got a broken key with an empty chest

Chorus
So put your hands on me
'cuz i cant let this go
how can i say no
so put your hands on me
'cuz i cant let thins go
and i can not say no to you

Am i over reacting?
whats wrong with me
'cuz everything without you is harder than it seems
you saw into my trust
then crawled into my bed
you know everytime the answers always yes

Chorus

Its around my sleep its around my head
your pretty words make it worth the risk    x3

Its around my sleep its around my head

Chorus

To you.. x4

Brand Identity

The Dawn of a new Era
- Music videos were born when they were first broadcast on MTV. This gave artists a good chance to show their identity, at one point in time music videos were so powerful they could make or break an arists career. This also gave the public a good sight at what an artist is really like and how they want to be seen.

-In the past 10 years, a new platform has taken over and MTV is not as popular as it used to be. Instead of airing music videos and the charts constantly, it now only shows the top 40. Shows such as teen mom and Keeping up with the Kardashians. Music videos are now only found on youtube/twitter and facebook. These online platforms are the only way for artists to show themselves. Since the music videos are in decline, they have become more and more controversial throughout the years. Lady GaGa is a perfect example of this, as many of her videos views don't understand the true meaning of.

Here is an example of one of her songs, 'Bad Romance'. many viewers, are unaware of the real message the video gives and think that it is just in her nature to make a weird video. However, this video is actually about the sex trade, it shows Lady GaGa being kept hostage and made to dance for men who are bidding on her. The audience do not notice this as it is not put out in an obvious way.

Gaining Permission For our Video

Here shows evidence that we asked the artist for permission to use their bands song. I sent her a letting her and the band know what I planned to do with their song and that all credit and rights would still belong to them. I am able to use this as she did not refuse this statement.
For this reason me and my group will be using the song RememberDecember - Friends With Benefits.
