Here shows evidence that we asked the artist for permission to use their bands song. I sent her a letting her and the band know what I planned to do with their song and that all credit and rights would still belong to them. I am able to use this as she did not refuse this statement.
For this reason me and my group will be using the song RememberDecember - Friends With Benefits.
